"Life Is A Cabaret"
Revue Held in MarchThe Third Annual, "A Dazzling Revue Life Is A Cabaret (Songs, Shine, and Sparkling Wine)" was held on Saturday, March 13, 2010, at Bellecourt Manor in Belleville, IL. The event netted $13,000 for the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Southern Illinois.
Diana Starr (singer and songwriter) entertained the crowd of 170 individuals. The co-chair(s) of the event were Judee Sauget and Lorraine Cavataio, along with committee members Jilanne Barnes, Mistress of Ceremonies; Ellen Becker, Mike Buehlhorn, Tim Faltus, Sister Teresa Ganley, Jessica Klaus, Annie Miller, Jan Conder, Katherine Conder, and Roberta Zerban. Sponsors included: Mathis, Marifian, and Richter, Ltd.; Sauget Properties, The Cates Law Firm, Bellecourt Banquet Center, Illinois Distributing Co., FruitFlowers, and Zingraff Motion Pictures. A special thanks to Lindsay Costello of Lindsay Costello Jewelry Design for creating the jewelry pieces that were auctioned at the jewel/champagne bar. These one-of-a-kind pieces were magnificent and made for a stunning set. We also want to thank Paul Baillargeon, Dave Schumacher, Jeanne Haar, and all the wonderful donors who contributed the auction prizes that made the event and evening both successful and memorable.
The Fourth Annual Gala will be held on April 16, 2011, at Bellecourt Manor and promises to be even bigger with many new additions. We will see you there, and thanks for your past support.
